Wayne Davis would like to thank you for visiting the Foxwell Condominiums website. These condos that are located in Leonardtown Maryland are great compared to a house in Southern Maryland or SOMD. Wildewood apartments do not offer such a value in California Maryland or amenities such as a washer dryer unit, electric range, stainless steel appliances, garbage disposal, ceiling fan, breakfast bar, wood molding, disposal, cable ready or DSL for internet in St. Mary's County. Renting or buying a house is not as great as renting or buying one of these apartments or condos especially if you commute to Patuxent River Naval Base or work for a DOD contractor such as Booze Allen, Smartronix, Mantech, L3, EMA or are just attending St. Mary's College of Maryland (SMCM) and are looking for affordable housing. We are just a walk away from the Leonardtown Wharf or you can drive to Lexington Park off of RT 5 or 235 in just minutes. For recreation, boating or dining out you can drive to Solomons Island and visit the Tiki Bar of SOMD or for a quieter evening walk to Leonardtown and visit OldTowne Pub or Corbals.
